Refunds & Return Policy

Thank you so much for your purchase from Arcadia Melts Store. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, we are here to help!

 Returns

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded, however, we will replace or refund damaged products during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to support@arcadiamelts.com within 7 days of delivery.

 

Our policy lasts 30 days . If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

 

you may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.

     

     To be eligible for a return, your items must be:

  • purchased within the last 30 days
  • Unused
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In the original Packaging 

 

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of product are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

 Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

 Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please notify us support@arcadiamelts.com within 72 hours for assistance.

Include photos of the damage or issue with your item.

                                           

 Lost or stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered but has appeared or has actually been stolen.

If you believe your package has either been lost or stolen, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation but did not receive the package.
